Event Description

Titans of the Ice Age at the MAC

Titans of the Ice Age: Mammoths and Mastodons is an internationally traveling exhibit from The Field Museum, Chicago. Designed for the whole family, with lots of hands-on activities, you'll learn about these giant creatures that co-existed with humans; you'll step back in time and feel like you're visiting the Ice Age; and you'll find out about the mammoths that lived right here in the Inland Northwest! See life-size replicas of these massive creatures, along with giant short-faced bears and saber-toothed cats. You can delve into the world of the Ice Age through large-scale projections, walk-through dioramas, and virtual experiences. Don't miss this once-in-a-lifetime experience to see mammoth and mastodon artifacts from around the globe.
