The exhibition, Monoliths and Memory, seeks to underscore the dualities of the beautiful and devastating elements, both natural and manmade. These dualities can precipitate environmental and cultural changes in the landscape, transcending beyond nature and becoming a symbol of humankind’s desire for control. Visually, our sculptures manifest as monoliths and monuments to nature and natural forms. Together, our artworks highlight connections between technical process, material practice, and form.
