Season 6, Episode 12: The Ongoing Threat of the Man Bun

The crusade against unnecessary male head hair continues with Tony’s and Kevin’s invectives against the “man bun” and—shockingly—it is revealed that now WOMEN are wearing them. Get ready to relax with “Belva Mulvahill, Guided Meditation Reader,” whose soothing dulcet tones will guarantee that you’re slipping below the waves of consciousness and into the realm of jellyfish and sharks in no time at all. Then it’s “High and Lonesome,” a musical treat from Mark Graham and Orville Johnson. “What’s New with You?” asks the question, “What’s new with you?” to McCaitlin McCarthy, entrepreneur inventor of Air Forks One, a hot-meal-by-drone delivery service, and finally, we check in for another adventure of “The Schmalkaldic League” involving Protestant pioneer Jean Calvin, a flying basilisk, an oddly-named henchman named “Mercenarius,” and Mechthild of the Phantom Limb, whose phantom limb possesses eerie powers even though he’s actually got a normal limb right there, where everyone can see it.
