From the Studio: Stage Left Presents "Revue!"

Theater Wednesday is upon us once again, and our local theater companies did not disappoint!  First up, we had folks from Stage Left Theater, who are preparing for "Revue!" this coming weekend.  The show will feature songs from beloved Broadway shows.  We were visited by the two hosts - Troy Nickerson and Abbey Crawford - as well as one of the singing stars, Noelle.  Both Noelle and Abbey sang selections and were accompanied by pianist Nathan Patrick Nelson.  "Revue!" will open this Saturday, April 30th at 7:30pm and have a second showing on Sunday, May 1st at 2:00pm.

Verne with Stage Left "Revue!" Personnel

Verne Windham got his start at Spokane Public Radio 20 years ago. “I came in to complain and they hired me.” He’s now the Program Director, as well as the host of Morning Classical and Concert of the Week. When choosing music for Morning Classical, Verne likes to keep the agenda as broadly defined as possible. For Concert of the Week, he focuses on the best of recent local performances, mostly classical in nature. For many years, Verne was also the conductor of the Spokane Youth Orchestra. He enjoys gardening, his vintage car and playing French horn.
