It was no “Beast Quake,” but Seahawks fans at the Washington state Capitol celebrated a “moment of loudness” Friday for the team.

Governor Jay Inslee counted them down at the noontime rally.

The governor called for three statewide “moments of loudness” at noon on Friday, Saturday and on Super Bowl Sunday.

Inslee and his wife Trudi plan to attend the Super Bowl in Glendale, Arizona.
