Town Hall Style Debate Oct. 9 Lets the Public Ask

Meg Kelly/NPR

A Town Hall-style debate between Sec. Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump means half of the questions will be posed directly by citizen participants and the other half will be based on topics culled from social media and public interest. ABC’s Martha Raddatz and CNN’s Anderson Cooper co-host.

All Things Considered host Robert Siegel anchors NPR coverage, analysis and fact-checking.

During the debate, NPR’s team of reporters and editors will provide fact-checks here. A full corrected transcript will appear some time after the debate.
